Caregiver Support Groups

Wonderment’s parent groups are facilitated peer-support spaces where caregivers can share honestly, connect with others, and center lived experience and mutual encouragement.

Groups are facilitated by Ana Alman McRae, LICSW, founder of Wonderment.

Ana is an experienced group facilitator with over a decade of experience with neurodivergence, caregiving stress, early childhood development, trauma and attachment, and burnout. Ana offers structure and professional insight to help the group feel intentional while caregivers build community with one another.

Group Details

  • Groups are held virtually and offered weekly for 4-6 weeks at a time.

  • $65 per group.

  • Groups are offered on a rolling basis: We gather interest from potential participants to establish a waitlist of 10-15 participants.

  • Once the waitlist fills we will reach out to gather availability from participants and schedule dates and times.

Upcoming Group Offerings

Caregiver groups are support groups, not psychotherapy.

They offer a compassionate space to share experiences but do not provide individualized mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
