Payment Options
Private Pay
Beginning June 2025, I will be considered out-of-network with all major insurance companies.
All services will be administered as "out of pocket" or "private pay."

Operating on a private pay model offers several benefits to you as the client:
First, it allows me to protect your privacy by avoiding the need to submit your health information or diagnoses to insurance companies. Your sensitive details remain confidential and are not part of any external database.

Additionally, operating outside of insurance contracts gives me greater flexibility in the duration, frequency, location and content of our sessions. I can focus entirely on your needs ensuring a more client-directed approach without the constraints often imposed by insurance limitations or requirements.

Payment Options

Wonderment accepts all major credit cards. Payment is processed through a secure Electronic Health Record System and Stripe Payment Processing.

Health Savings Account/ Flexible Spending Account cards may be used to pay for services.

Superbills
Upon request, I am able to provide you with a “superbill” that serves as an invoice if your insurance provides "out of network" benefits for mental health services.
I can guide you through the process of determining eligibility for out of network benefits. However, it is your responsibility to verify specific requirements for reimbursement with your insurance provider as I will not directly communicate with your insurance about out of network benefits.
Privacy may be more limited with the use of Out-of-Network coverage and HSA/FSA benefits. More information about risks and benefits associated with different types of pay plans will be available during your initial consult.

30% of my clients pay a reduced rate for therapy based on financial need. Your are welcome to inquire about sliding scale availability for our sessions together.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost and the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

You can expect to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before our first session together.

You can also ask Wonderment LLC, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the
No Surprises Helpdesk at 1-800-985-3059.
